Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) are activities related to personal care. They include bathing or showering, dressing, getting in and out of bed or a chair, walking, using the toilet, and eating. If a loved one has difficulty performing an activity I’ll be there to assist. Please note I am not a certified nurse. I am a compassionate worker and have references available upon request.
